How long does a made-to-order basin take? +

Typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. We source directly from stone quarries and work with our suppliers to cut and finish your basin to order. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

What stone types are available for basins? +

We currently offer White Carrara marble, Warm Beige Travertine, Nero Marquina, Dark Green Marble and White Onyx. We also have access to a wide catalog of stones — enquire if you have something specific in mind.

Does a drain come included? +

Yes — all vessel basins include a drain. Installation requires a standard basin waste fitting. We recommend using a licensed plumber for installation.

Do you ship stone basins across New Zealand? +

Yes. We ship nationwide and carefully pack all stone basins to prevent damage in transit. Auckland customers can also collect from our Wairau Valley showroom.

How do I clean a natural stone basin? +

Use a pH-neutral cleaner or mild soap with warm water. Avoid bleach, vinegar or abrasive cleaners. Seal the stone every 12 months with a penetrating stone sealer to maintain water resistance and prevent staining.
