Trade Pricing
Preferential pricing on all Prime Piece collections — tables, plinths, boards and basins. Applies to both stock pieces and custom commissions.
Priority Lead Times
Trade orders are scheduled ahead of retail. When you're working to a project timeline, James works around it. Typical custom lead time: 3–5 weeks.
Renders for Client Presentations
Send James a photo of the space and a chosen stone — he'll produce a photorealistic render of the piece in situ, ready for your client presentation. Complimentary for trade accounts.
Stone Sampling
Physical stone samples couriered to your studio or showroom. Essential for client sign-off on natural stone — colour and veining vary slab to slab, and no screen does them justice.
Direct Access to James
No account manager. No ticketing system. Trade clients have James's direct contact for questions, updates, and site visits. The person making your piece is the person you speak to.
New Collection Access
Trade accounts receive advance notice of new stone arrivals and limited collections — before they're announced publicly. First right of refusal on limited stock.
