Every Prime Piece is handcrafted from natural stone in our Auckland workshop. Because each piece is one of one, we take great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been damaged after receipt.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange collection and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please photograph the damage on arrival and contact us immediately.
We are happy to discuss exchanges where possible. Because our pieces are one of one, a direct swap may not always be available — but we will always try to find a solution. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
Custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable once fabrication has begun, as they are made to your specific requirements. We will always confirm all details with you before starting work.
